However, I would bet its more likely that its simply more fun to chat with your friends, or do these other activities. I remember sitting through many a class and thinking, when is this going to end. I don't know that you could make all classes fun and interesting. I don't know if making the classes entertaiing should be the goal of the teachers. It certainly helps, but I believe it is more important that the class be instructive. I would say don't dummy down the teaching experience to the 5 second attention span, flash loving, ADHD students (Okay, I know I'm throwing stones.....) If they cannot pay attention and apply themselves in class, they will be doing the same thing in the corporate offices too.
